By booking or purchasing services through EasyMaths UK, users agree to this policy.
1. Tuition Bookings
EasyMaths UK provides online and in-person educational services including one-to-one tuition, small-group tuition, assessments and educational support sessions.
Booking confirmations may be provided by email, telephone, WhatsApp or through the EasyMaths UK website.
2. Cancellation By Students Or Parents
If a student or parent wishes to cancel or reschedule a booked lesson, reasonable notice should be provided wherever possible.
EasyMaths UK reserves the right to determine whether a lesson qualifies for:
- Rescheduling
- Partial refund
- Lesson credit
- No refund
Missed lessons or late cancellations may not qualify for refunds or replacement sessions.

Students are responsible for ensuring access to:

- A stable internet connection

EasyMaths UK is not responsible for disruptions caused by the student’s own equipment, internet connection or local technical issues.
5. Memberships & Digital Resources
EasyMaths UK may provide:
- Premium memberships
- Digital downloads

- Revision materials
- Member-only content
Once access to digital content has been provided, refunds may not be available except where required by law.
EasyMaths UK reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access where misuse or abuse is suspected.
6. Assessments & Trial Sessions
Assessment sessions, trial sessions or introductory consultations may be subject to separate arrangements communicated at the time of booking.

Referral discounts, promotional credits and voucher rewards may become invalid where:

8. Behaviour & Conduct
EasyMaths UK reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services without refund where behaviour is considered:
- Abusive
- Threatening
- Disruptive
- Unsafe
- In breach of safeguarding expectations
9. Requests For Refunds
Refund requests should be submitted within a reasonable period following the relevant booking or issue.
EasyMaths UK may request relevant information in order to review refund requests.
Refund decisions will be made reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
