EasyMaths UK Referral Terms

These Referral Terms govern participation in any EasyMaths UK referral programmes, referral discounts, promotional credits, vouchers or referral reward schemes operated through the EasyMaths UK website or related services.
By participating in a referral programme, users agree to these Referral Terms together with the EasyMaths UK Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose Of The Referral Programme
EasyMaths UK may offer referral incentives to encourage existing students, parents, members or supporters to recommend EasyMaths UK educational services to others.
Referral programmes may include:
- Discounts for new students
- Referral reward vouchers
- Promotional credits
- Special offers
- Limited-time referral campaigns
2. Eligibility
EasyMaths UK reserves the right to determine eligibility for participation in referral programmes.
Participants may include:
- Existing students
- Parents or guardians
- Registered members
- Verified EasyMaths UK users
Referral rewards may only be issued where EasyMaths UK reasonably determines that a genuine referral has taken place.
3. Referral Links & Referral Codes
EasyMaths UK may provide users with referral links, referral codes or other referral tracking mechanisms.
Referral rewards may only apply where:
- A valid referral code or referral link is used
- The referral is properly tracked by EasyMaths UK systems
- The referred student completes qualifying requirements
EasyMaths UK does not guarantee that all referrals will be tracked successfully where users fail to use the correct referral process.
4. Qualifying Referrals
A qualifying referral may require:
- A new student registration
- A completed booking
- A completed payment
- Completion of onboarding processes
- Verification checks
EasyMaths UK reserves the right to define and modify qualification requirements at any time.
5. Referral Rewards
Referral rewards may include discounts, vouchers, credits or other promotional benefits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Referral rewards have no cash value
- Referral rewards are non-transferable
- Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash
- Referral rewards may be subject to expiry dates
EasyMaths UK reserves the right to set maximum reward limits or restrictions.
6. Referral Discounts For New Students
New student referral discounts may only apply:
- To first-time qualifying bookings
- Where a valid referral process has been followed
- Where no abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected
EasyMaths UK reserves the right to refuse referral discounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
7. Self-Referrals & Abuse
The following activities are prohibited:
- Self-referrals
- Fraudulent referrals
- Fake accounts or duplicate registrations
- Misleading advertising
- Spam or unsolicited promotional activity
- Manipulation of referral systems
EasyMaths UK reserves the right to:
- Cancel referral rewards
- Suspend accounts
- Remove discounts
- Disqualify participants
where abuse or misuse is suspected.
8. Refunds & Cancelled Bookings
Referral rewards or discounts may become invalid where:
- A booking is cancelled
- A payment is refunded
- A qualifying lesson does not proceed
- A referred student withdraws
EasyMaths UK reserves the right to reverse or withdraw referral rewards in such circumstances.
9. Modification Or Withdrawal Of Referral Programmes
EasyMaths UK reserves the right to:
- Modify referral schemes
- Change reward amounts
- Introduce restrictions
- Pause referral programmes
- Withdraw referral programmes entirely
without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
10. Limitation Of Liability
EasyMaths UK does not guarantee:
- Continuous operation of referral systems
- Successful referral tracking in all cases
- Availability of referral programmes at all times
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyMaths UK shall not be liable for losses arising from referral tracking failures, withdrawn promotions or suspended referral programmes.
11. Governing Law
These Referral Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
